U kunt ReSound draadloze hoortoestellen rechtstreeks aansluiten op uw iPhone, iPad of iPod touch. Hierdoor kunt u telefoongesprekken, muziek, navigatie of andere audio van uw toestel rechtstreeks naar uw hoortoestellen streamen.

Als uw hoortoestellen gekoppeld zijn aan een van de compatibele iOS-apparaten die hieronder vermeld zijn, zijn direct streamen van geluid en basisafstellingen van hoortoestellen geïntegreerd en direct vanuit instellingen beschikbaar.

*Deze Apple modellen bieden de mogelijkheid om handsfree te bellen. Eerdere Apple modellen ondersteunen het aannemen van oproepen met de drukknop of TapControl, maar het aannemen van oproepen gebeurt via het Apple apparaat.

De apps werken ook op de Apple Watch. Dan moet u ze wel op uw iPhone installeren.

Vereiste voor het uitvoeren van de apps: iOS 12 of later.

Uw hoortoestellen aansluiten op Mac computers

Directe streaming van en naar Mac computers is nu beschikbaar en compatibel met ReSound ONE, ReSound OMNIA en ReSound Nexia. De functionaliteit bestaat op de volgende Mac-modellen met software-updates macOS Sonoma 14 of hoger:

  • MacBook Pro geïntroduceerd in 2021 of later, plus MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020)
  • MacBook Air geïntroduceerd in 2022 of later, plus MacBook Air (M1, 2020)

    Gebruik uw Android-apparaat met uw hoortoestellen
    Audio-streaming

    Als uw Android-smartphone en hoortoestellen beide direct Android Streaming to Hearing Aids ondersteunen, download en installeer de ReSound Smart 3D-app, open deze en tik op "Aan de slag". Zodra de hoortoestellen zijn gekoppeld met uw smartphone, kunt u direct audio streamen.

    Directe stereo-streaming vanaf Android-toestellen is beschikbaar voor de volgende ReSound-hoortoestellen:

     
    Directe streaming naar Android-apparaten* is een van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op het gebied van hoortoestelconnectiviteit en is daarom beschikbaar in bepaalde smartphonemodellen met de vereiste technologie. Neem contact op met uw serviceprovider voordat u een nieuwe smartphone aanschaft om er zeker van te zijn dat deze service ook ingeschakeld is.

Dienovereenkomstig is de informatie over compatibiliteit slechts ter referentie. Hoewel ReSound streeft naar naadloze compatibiliteit tussen apparaten, kan ReSound geen volledig compatibiliteit garanderen met alle Android-apparaten.

    Als direct Android-streaming niet wordt ondersteund door uw hoortoestellen of Android-smartphone, kunt u de ReSound Telefoonclip+ gebruiken om geluid te streamen. Met de ReSound Telefoonclip+ kunt u uw ReSound-hoortoestellen aansluiten op elk Bluetooth v.2.0 Android-toestel.

    De ReSound Smart 3D-app kan worden gedownload op alle Android-apparaten met Android OS versie 8.0 of later, maar we controleren de compatibiliteit met de hierboven genoemde apparaten.

    ReSound Telefoonclip+ compatibiliteit: Android-apparaten op OS 2.3.5 of hoger en Bluetooth v. 2.0. Functionaliteit gecontroleerd op bepaalde modellen van HTC, Huawei, LG, Motorola, Samsung en Sony.

    Streaming naar mijn slimme bimodale hooroplossing

    Samen met Cochlear bieden we de eerste en enige slimme bimodale oplossing aan om te zorgen dat u uw instellingen kunt reguleren en audio direct kunt streamen naar beide oren vanaf compatibele iOS en Android™ apparaten^. Dit betekent dat met een Cochlear™ Nucleus® 8 of Kanso® 2 geluidsprocessen en een compatibel ReSound hoortoestel*, u uw instellingen kunt regelen en audio direct kunt streamen naar beide oren vanaf een compatibel iOS of Android apparaat^.
